While we ultimately chose to move forward with another vendor, our tasting went smoothly and the food was pretty solid. Sterling Catering was used for my gala, but I should have used Sterling for my wedding. I had a FABULOUS experience. They provided appetizers, desserts, and bartenders. My guests and I only have positive things to say. They worked with me within my budget and had quick response times. They answered all of my questions. We had Sterling cater our October wedding at Green Acres and were very pleased!! We worked with Sarah for tastings and getting our initial event details in order and then with Brock as the date got closer! They were very easy to communicate with and were always super quick to respond to all of our questions. During the last couple of weeks before the wedding, Brock was super helpful, accommodating and easy to work with! The food is absolutely amazing! We were welcomed in by one of the catering coordinators Sarah who walked us through two separate tastings, both of which we fantastic! We worked with the company for a few months leading up to our event and then Brock, our day of coordinator knocked it out of the park with the day of staff. Fantastic catering! Sarah and Brock were so helpful with decision making and finalizing of everything. Our wedding day went so smooth and the food and service were great! Sterling was excellent! They worked with our menu selections and were professional, timely, and fairly priced. We used them for our wedding and everything was delicious! The food was hot when served and the serving staff did a fabulous job of organizing the delivery and removal of food throughout our event.Our menu consisted of steak, chicken, and fish options and each were prepared and cooked perfectly.
